I know this is in the Christmas section, but the best gift I ever got was on Valentines day. My hubby has always done what every guy is supposed to do, flowers, chocolates, jewlery etc. Well one year, he really hit it right on and surprised me by getting me what I'd really want, not what all the other girls love. I got mexican food, and Season 2 of The Office. I loved it, it was the most thoughtful thing.
I don't think anyone could go wrong with tickets for a little getaway for the two of you, if you can afford it.
Good Luck!

A CD that my dad made me, is something I will never forget even though it was like in 2nd grade.
Also a blanket that my grandma knitted for me.

The homemade gifts are the ones that I remember the most. Because what they made came from the heart, and they obviously put time and effort into it.

Even though I love the store bought gifts they get me each year, its nice when I open a present and it's something they made. It just reminds me how much my family loves me; knowing that they took the time do make it.

My very own hammer. It's a lightweight 8 oz claw model. My husband gave it me for no real occasion over 30 years ago. I love that hammer and use it several times a year. It always brings a smile to my face and renews the love in my heart for this very special man I'm lucky enough to spend my life with.

Tickets to see Ronan Keatinig for valentines day . I loved that man, and my husband bought me tickets. There was only one small problem, I had to wait 3 months to go.

A roes quartz necklace pendent with ring to match no only will your love grow from the crystals being in her aura but also it will be unusually and unique.

Heres just an idea
