I can't honestly say that i've heard of them before but there are heaps of other reliable survey sites out there.
I came across a website about a month or so ago which has a huge list of paid survey companies and every one of them has been checked out so they're all legit.
The website also offer heaps of other paid programs that pay you for reading e-mails etc. They also have loads of free stuff like coupons and product samples.

Hope this helps, it's turned out to be quite a good little earner for me as I have signed up to most of the companies listed there.
