Japanese? KFC?
What is an average meal for two? Cost?
We have a local Italian place, a barbecue chain that averages 10-12 bucks per person. Steak, japanese etc are about 16-20 per person. I think quite often we use to dina at home for a week for the price of this meal.

As a person living alone, I find eating out improves my eating habits. I cannot have a full meal for the money I spend going out. I prefer Chinese buffet and we have three excellent ones nearby. Two can eat for $15 at my favorite one. There is a huge variety, a great salad bar and the prettiest dessert bar in the south. The other two cost about $20 for two people. On weekends, it's just a couple dollars more.

I prefer Steak and baked potato, but I think mos often go out for Mexican. Costs anywhere from $3.00-$10.00 depending on how fancy the place is. We also have a really good place that does a grilled chicken with sides for about $5.00. Why my kids were younger I was the queen of finding the places that had kids eat free and my ex and I could go out with 4 kids for about $10. This was about 15 years ago.

Hickory Gardens here is a family style restaurant with some Greek foods, mostly american though. The food is delicious. Another one is Reife's. It depends on what you order, but the meals for dinner run around $20 for 2. Breakfast is around $15 to $17.

I live in Southern New Jersey, about 20 minutes from center city Philadelphia....in this area, they have the best Italian restaurants in the country...from the little mom and pop place to the wonderful places in South Philly that have been around 100 years to the pizza joint down the street that serves basic Italian dishes with home made pasta...

I prefer Italian, but also enjoy a prime, well-aged (and, unfortunately, expensive) steak...but I'm picky so usually go to one of our prime steakhouses....

Living in S. Jersey, we have access to wonderful seafood... So I really enjoy going to a seafood joint for a crab feast or a huge, fresh seafood platter-broiled or fried.

There's a takeout seafood place about a mile away...fresh everyday... I order from them once in a while...best darned King Crab legs around.....

My favorite restaurant is P.F. Chang's (Chinese), but it's a little spendy (15-20 per person when all is said and done.) My favorite fast food is Taco Bell. But in all honesty, my ultimate favorite is any time I don't have to cook. My family says the best thing I make is "reservations!"

I like the Blackeyed Pea for their food especially their cobbler.
There are also some great Vietnamese restaurants around here. Also I love Red Lobster.
