Yes. it is very icy out today, and driving in general is being discouraged. But if it were necessary for me to go out for any reason, I would.

Hell no. I love driving around in the rain. I will find any excuse to go out and drive around when it rains. Nothing is more soothing and more relaxing than driving in the rain..
