Don says that our bodies are insubstantial collections of tiny particles, which is true, but the mind isnt more real than your body, if anything it is less real, your body remains after the mind ceases to exist, a record that you were actually here.
Your mind is just chemicals moving past each other in your brain, thats it, your mind is only as strong as your body, when you die the chemical makeup that was you, your mind, is gone forever and your body's atoms are redistributed into the ether,
