Probably. I think you can find used laptops at that price today. Anyway, with the development of other technologies that make it easier and less costly to manufacture any type of computers, I'm guessing the overall price of all notebooks will drop eventually.

I think so.....its depends on model. look in spain u can buy have a lapto of 400 mhz,with 128 ram,30 gb hdd,g force 410 pro,2usb,lan,modem with 14" monitor in 250 euro
