You have to move here (to NY State) and live here for a certain period of time, then you have to register to vote at least a certain number of days before the election you want to vote in.

To do anything else is a crime called "election fraud" and people DO get prosecuted for it.

You have to register there and different states have different residency requirements as well as voter registration requirements.
If you find that you are moving, you can either change your voter registration asap, or fill in an absentee ballot from the state you are leaving. However, there is no guarantee the vote will be counted.

You can only vote in the state is which you reside and you must be registered in that state having provided proof of your residency when you registered. You must also register and vote in one particular precinct of your home state. If you are currently out of your home registered precinct, due to travel, school or whatever you may obtain an absentee ballot to vote in your home precinct. This is to ensure the one man one vote rule and that voters who reside in a particular district are actually being represented.

Nope. Not unless you are a registered voter and live there. You could get an absentee ballot to vote in your Florida election.

Only if you are a Democrat. Then all you have to do is go to the local office of the DNC and they will give you a name taken from a gravestone to vote for them.
