Based on beauty, service, prices, and the city around it. Besides the Cell. We are planning a summer break trip to another AL Central stadium to see the Sox win.

Cleveland fan here. I will say IT IS NOT Jacobs Field. I have been to every park in the Central. Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City is the best by far. Really clean, fans are really friendly, prices are relatively cheap, the field is amazing looking, the waterfall adds alot of cool presence. Parking is easy too. A July Fireworks Night in KC is great!!! The food around the park is second to none. Some of the best steakhouses and rib joints in the USA. I will rate the parks in the A.L. Central in order as I see it:
1. Kauffman Stadium
2. Jacobs Field
3. Commerica Park (Pretty cool)
4. U.S. Cellular or whatever Chicago calls it now
5. The Metrodome (Don't ever go-it's garbage)

the cell sucks. new park with no new park style. good viewing, but that's about it. not much better than the old cominskey.
jacobs is great too. middle of the city park. good viewing, good fans that get into the game.
kaufman, though i haven't been there, offers a similar viewing as comerica. you aren't on top of the field like at jacobs or the cell, but you sit back and can see the game perfectly.
comerica. is nice. if they only wouldn't have put in the merry go round and the ferris wheel. viewing is nice. lots of standing room. the outfield is huge and they don't offer upper deck outfield seating. so outfield seats make you feel pushed away from the field. but there are no blind spots. upperdeck infield seating is pushed away too, but no blindspots. great fans, they get into the game.
i don't know where you live, but visit all 3.
from detroit where i live, the cell is 4 hours away
jacobs is only 3 hours away. and kaufman is like 8 hours away. set up a nice baseball roadtrip.
if you are going to cleveland, make a stop in pittsburgh.
if goin to the cell, see wrigley, or miller
in KC, it's harder, but maybe try seeing busch. every park, no matter where you go has something different to offer. see em all.
btw.. great american, is by far my favorite new park i've been too. wrigley is still the greatest old park, i dont' care what newyorkers or bostonians say.

Being a twins fan, I would say DO NOT go to the metrodome -it is awful.
I think KC's ballpark would be a good one to go to, it is the oldest of all of them in the division.
It has some classic charm I would believe. Prices can't be too much for what they put on the field.
It would also give you the best chance to see the sox win.

I made it to the old Tiger Stadium and Comisky and loved both of them, even made it to the old Cleveland stadium (was not a fan of that place).

As a fellow White Sox fan - the best stadium for you to visit when the Sox are in town are:

KC - cheap prices, nice fans, and great food in the area. The stadium is really nice too

Kauffman in KC is gorgeous.

The park is immaculate. The waterfalls and the grassy knoll in the outfield is great. There's no bad-seat anywhere in the park.

There's some delicious KC BBQ everywhere. The tickets aren't overpriced by any means. You can move up if the place is empty (and it often is) and the players are all very friendly and accomodating b/c it's a small-market team trying to re-establish it's fanbase.

Definitely Kauffman!

I would have to say Jacobs Field. However have heard good things about Kaufman and Comerica (I hate paid names that change seemingly every other year) Really the only other stadium that I think wouldn't be worth the trip would be the Metrodome.

If you want a good game in a good park I believe I'd go with Jacobs Field.

I might say that Jacob's Field will be the best place to go to in the midwest if you want to go farther, but if you don't want to go to far then maybe it won't be to bad of a trip to go to Kansas City to see them play the Kansas City Royals.

It's definitely a toss up between Jacobs and Comerica. US Cellular is an outside shot, but I prefer the other two as choices.

Kaufman is a nice stadium, and the seats will be nice and cheap. You could buy cheap seats and move up to the front.
