I'm just curious because we are despised by so many across the world. Indians don't want to be associated with us even when some of them are as dark as black people, we are rarely used on TV unless it's a comedy show/movie/sports. Then people want to say it's because we're violent and angry, but who wouldn't be when you're treated with either indifference or disgust? It's sad. I honestly want to know why people don't want to be bothered with blacks. Is it the hair or the wide features or the dark skin or what is it???

People are afraid of anything that is not familiar to them.

There are only two responses to everything in life, fear or understanding.

Media plays a big part in how people think of Blacks, for example: The Rap music industry.
It is shown to all that this industry is riddled with violence. Think about how Biggie Big, Tupac were gunned down and 50cent shot 9 times, Thank God he lived. Then you have your evening News full of Black on Black murder reports. Then you have "The Justice Brothers" Al Sharpton And Jessie Jackson, riding the Victim Status pony, claiming to represent Black People and the Media plays right into this and it is seen around the world. When people hear about cities like Detroit and Boston and other urban cities being crime capitals, they figure it`s because of the high population of Blacks.
When we hear about honest hard working
Blacks or Black politicians that are republican, other Blacks label them as Uncle Toms or Oreo`s. There is a lot of blame to go around on both sides of this issue, but down here in the real world I see so many young people copying Blacks and Imitation is the greatest form of flattery.

I honestly cannot figure it out. I am white and have black friends. I'm probably one of the exceptions. I wish people could just like or dislike others for what's on the inside and not the outside. It's not just blacks though. I see discrimination against all races in one form or another.

they're the only race which does not have some Neanderthal DNA of their genes. In consequence something of humanity has moved on, whilst it left Africa, and grow to be very almost a distinctive species. this could clarify why black africans have a tendency to underperform academically and economically anyplace they're around the realm, no count number if of their very own countries or human beings's countries. some say it rather is as a results of them beginning with financial downside, yet different airborne dirt and dirt unfavorable immigrants like the Vietnamese and as quickly as airborne dirt and dirt unfavorable countries like South Koreans have accomplished particularly nicely.

Maybe just Maybe it is the ghetto way your brothers and sisters act on tv and radio. You know like rap music and a talk shows like jerry springer's who is the daddy of my 3 illigitimate kids. Maybe it is how most of you try to get over on one another. Maybe it is the gang violence you here all about on radio and the news. Maybe all the other races are trying to make you all feel at home by acting like ya'll. Once you all fix your own problems then maybe the other races can view some of ya'll a little differently. I am tired of hereing how it is my fault you all live the way you do because I am white. I give everyone a fair shake if you deserve it. We do not owe you nothing because our ancestors 2 or three hundred years ago brought you over here after your own african ancestors sold your ancestors into slavery. Look it up, it happened just that way. Sorry for the venting I am sure you are a fine outstanding citizen and I do ackknowledge that some of our race do discriminate but so does yours.

I think after all these years, it is now beginning to change. And it's not just blacks, it's also spanish, asians, sometimes women in general, anything that isn't white. Even after all the years that have gone by, there is still discrimination. Even though changes have been made, deep down inside there is still minor discrimination.

It's the culture that people don't like. Even true Africans hate what black Americans have become in the states.

It's not the features, but the behavior of the general community. Ridiculing of the features is only a secondary manifestation.

my opinion is that the actions of so many black males (violence) is what creates and their inability to take responsiblity. blacks constantly blame the media, the government, and white people for anything that doesn't go great in their lives. most other cultures believe in hard work and honesty for the most part.

think about it. how often do you see a Mexican or an Indian just standing on a corner begging for money? I've never seen it. They work. blacks blame the systems/whites/media instead of trying.

even when given job opportunities many become extremem problem employees and the company has to fear being sued for discriniation if they fire the person, instead of like other people, the person taking responsibility for their actions.

I think every race is discriminated against, not just the blacks. Everyone discriminates everyone else to some degree. Just live with it and better yourself.
