I've seen this kid(around 6-7yrs) glaring at me!...kids do that a lot..and it's kinda creepy lol!..i dunno what to do so i usually say things like:" umm yes?"..lol or "what is it?"...did that ever happen to you? :s??...am 19yrs so i dunno how to handle a kid!..what about you?

Children aren't born with the manners you learn as you get older.
They're born with a clean slate and their parents help them to understand you don't stare at people, you don't ask personal questions, you don't comment on what a person looks like, etc.
At 6-7 years old they're still learning....smile at them and go about your regular business.

Do you mean to say,"glaring," or "staring?" There's a difference.
Kids stare at me all the time,...everywhere.I usually speak to them,or smile at them,but mostly,make faces at them and try to make them laugh,and they usually do.
Kids are cool,and they get a feel for the genuine side of a person,as per whether that person is okay or not.
Don't be alarmed by them.

Some kids like to stare or watch people.My grand-daughter is one of them(just turned 13).I asked her why she does it,she told me sometimes she thinks the person is pretty or handsome,or she wonders what she will be like when she is that age.We teach our children to always look into the face of people when they are young,but we find it uncomfortable when they are a bit older.You just look at them and smile and say hello.they turn to something else then.Don't be rude as it makes you look stupid.I bet you don't even realize that you are staring also.Just be cool and soon you will get used to it.

Is that really so terrible, a kid that young should be considered cute and not creepy doing that type of thing really. Kids that age are still too young and don't know better, get used to it.

Give the kid a mean look, and if he keeps it up, start heading that kids way with the same menacing look on your face, he will freak. All you have to do is pass right by him tho.

Kids do that to my mom all the time. I dont know why, maybe she just looks like a friendly starable person. She always sticks her tongue out at them and crosses her eyes. It makes them laugh.

Just start talking to them. Or you can make a face or two at them. They usually like that.

He probably just thinks you're really pretty, let him stare so that he knows what a pretty girl looks like in real life.
