I'm kinda using my neighbors wireless network and i dont know which provider he is using so i cant send any emails via my outlook cuz i dont know which smtp server to use.

But it is not going to work if you have to use their credentials before you can send e-mail.

your smtp setting has nothing to do with your neighbors smtp settings.

Your smtp setting are set by your email provider. Go to there web site and look for how to set up an email client. It will tell you there what it should be.

I am not going to even touch the using you rneighbors wifi. Which could be illegal in some area.

Well Well, First it isn't a good idea to admit you are breaking the law.
This known as highjacking.
You will need to know some information from your neighbors internet service provider before you can set up mail and use the smtp.
So that means you can only use web based e-mail unless you want to pay for your own Internet Service.
