I'm a stay at home mom, and I love my job other than the fact that sometimes I'd just like to be able to run to a shopping store without hauling the kids with me all the time so they can cause havoc, as most kids do in stores. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for a better job!

That's easy!
The boss
He's an illiterate,unorganized,money grubbing,slumlord.
He files a 1099 for his "employees" so he doesn't have to
pay for benefits, insurance, or taxes,
and still sets our hours and wages.
On top of that he tells us how to act on the job and calls us
at home every morning to see if we're up yet.
I wish I had the money to compete with his lawyers but
I'm sure it would just come back around and bite me in the @$$.

I would have to say the most miserable part is IF someone doesn't do there job properlly and leaves without rolling cutlery or running glass racks or sweeping.
It makes it hard for the rest of us to continue on with our shift.

Dealing with the insanely stupid management. My co-workers are cool, but the management come down to the warehouse floor thinking their all high and mighty, and end up screwing up more orders than getting the orders right. Therefore, wasting my time.
