why am i spotting 3 days after my period??

3 days after my period i started spotting and along with it i have abdominal pain like period pain...this has never happened to me in my life and im 33 and been trying to conceive for a while now..anybody have an idea why this is happening?

This could be a symptom of infection such as with the cervix but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing the problem.
