relieve any stress by concentrating on being friends again, if you are on the pill and come off of it you will be very fertile also......make a game and be inventive in your making love and dont mean kinky just surprising each other with the small things like making a surprise dinner for him and answer the door with a sexy gown ....one such instance which i i heard about the husband doing that was the very most inventive was that he took gel caps like a anything you would find over the counter ..after pouring all the powder out of them he filled them with little presents his wife could pick for 365 days a week so she could choose one a day and get a surprize everyy day not knowing what she would get but all would be great what a wonderful husband to take that time consuming task to undertake that time, evert and love on his part
this helped them both relax and get pregnant.

also check with a dr about when is the best time when you are ovulating and how high is his sperm count simple test and things to do are where to start then you can move on to other ways...research... research .....research but try the simple things first

Well clearly you've had sex already- not sure why people are patronising you. Anyway...
I'm not joking about this- There's a woman I heard about who tried all sorts of things and talked to doctors for several years, getting more and more depressed. Nothing worked- but one day someone said she should have an aspirin (I think it was one a day)- not paracetamol, not ibuprofen, just aspirin. She tried it and after a while it definitely worked. This is not an old wives tale. I've heard it two or three times. Not sure why it would do anything but it did. Give it a whirl

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/51901

Have more sex without break (every night......once before going to sleep and again at 3 to 4 A.M.)
Eat all such food stuff which ignites him and you......such as , more protein in the form of boiled eggs, plenty of chicken soup and meat, some multi - vitamine tablets.
Every sex act must be a lingering one.......lot of smooching, licking all over , trying half sex in different positions and when you think both f are almost irresistible , go for the final DO.hold each other tight with both the hands .....ask him to press deep inside as hard as possible while ejaculating so that the sperm reaches the ovary at the earliest.
BUT , MOST IMPORTANT THING IS, SUCH DOs SHOULD BE DURING TYHE FERTILE DAYS.EVERY SEX ACT SHOULD BE WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES ON .OKAY?

Wish you all the best.

God Bless

foods wont help make you pregnant. Just lots and lots of sex (well actually it only takes once but you gotta keep going till you know for sure) There are several external factors also such as body temp (when you ovulating) and things like that. If sex at the proper time doesn't work see a DR. there may be issues with his swimmers, or your swimming pool

But mostly dont stress about it and let nature take its course

Ok Im sure you know to have sex. Let me try to give you a real answer. I dont think there is any food you can eat to help you get pregnant. If you are having trouble you need to see a doctor. Also it might not be you that is the problem it could be your partner. He may need to see a doctor as well.

Do you have a mate? Food won't do it, you need to umm.... well..

j/k actually you can research the times in you menstrual cycle with you are more likely to get pregnant and make sure you are having sex during those periods. I know that there are temperature changes down there that can indicate this as well. Look for some good medical websites to explain how to go about this.

Try using www.fertilityfriend.com It is a site that helps and supports you whilst you are trying to get pregnant. I found it very usefull. Get yourself some ovulation test sticks, i got loads from ebay when i was trying.

Try to relax and not concentrate too hard as the more you try the harder it becomes. It takes the average healthy couple 12 months to concieve. It took me 7 months to fall pregnant.

As for diet, eat a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/kum5e

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
