If someone takes a nude picture of you and you are of legal age and consented to the taking of the photo, are there any laws that make it illegal for them to post them on the internet?

Yes. You can't post nude pictures of anyone other than yourself on the internet, unless this person is a public (famous) person. Different laws apply to them!

I can't remember the details, but I think I read a defamation case once where some guy posted pictures of his ex-wife in the nude around town, and she was successful with some type of defamation claim. So, you could likely sue and get damages and make him remove the picture. Sorry, but I'm too lazy to look it up and you'll need your own lawyer anyway. Just gotta be able to prove your claim. But, it is probably possible.

there is not any regulation against posting photos in the event that they have been taken in public or able the photographer turn into allowed to take photos. a individual can't make money on photos without permission different than despite if it rather is for a information tale it rather is noted as misappropriations. Thats what got here approximately whilst that corporation published a photograph of Pres Obama in long island this previous month. the corporation had to take down the photograph of Obama wearing their jacket.
