No one really knows for sure, but friends of the family have gone on record saying that this has been coming for a long time. What they show on their "reality" show is not reality it seems. (what else is new?) Apparently, a major part of the last season on the show they were living apart and pretending to be together and happy on the show.
There are people out there writing articles saying that Hulk Hogan found out that his wife filed for divorce through a reporter that called and asked for a comment. This is false. He knew about it and reportedly is the one in favor of the split. Everyone is saying that Linda is the one who wants out, but she has said that she would really like to try to work it out. Rumors are that all the stress lately with the huge problems they are having involving their son sent the couple over the edge of no return. But that is only conjecture. No one really knows for sure yet.

Did you ever watch their show.
They are so very different...and even more they don't respect their differences...I think they don't really like each other.
