EASY:
nWo vs WCW. This is the feud that put wrestling back on the map. It is also the one that almost put Vince out of business. It had all the major players of wrestling in it, from Hogan, Nash, and Hall to Sting, Luger, and Bret Hart. Without it, Vince does not change the way wrestling is done and the public never gets to see Austin/McMahon or DX. Even Russo and Ferrera (the writers for WWE during the hay day of 1998-2000) admitted that the nWo angle changed the way they did business and wrote television.

Best feud? DX vs. McMahons of course! There are lots and lots of jokes and the Hell in a Cell at Unforgiven 2006 was a bloody one. What happened during 3rd of July was one of the greatest hits of WWE.

nWo vs. WCW was good for awhile until they ruined it.
Probably the best feud from start to finish was Sandman vs. Raven in the original ECW.
