it depends on the water hardness.
Like, in America I could use pantene pro-v for fine hair. I tried using the same in Poland and couldnt! had to change to gliss kur.

Panteen pro-v they have a shampoo and conditioner for damaged or color treated hair and a shampoo with the conditioner in , so you get the combination you want/need

i use dove and i wash my hair and use heating appliances every day and my hair is in good health
