It will be hard if you are just struggling with the English language unless you are selling to people in your native language.

You have to familiarize yourself with the product you are selling first and study all of the features of anything you are selling and know all the answers to any question a buyer would ask you and to be able to even give them answers to questions they don't even think to ask (ie why is this model a better buy than the other model). You can also check Consumer Reports magazine at the library to see which models are best and why and the features and look up particular models online to read about and read the owner's manuals.

To introduce yourself, you might not want to start always with an introduction, but you could say "Hi, I'm Bob (or whatever) . Is there anything I can help you with today?" or "Hi, I'm Bob (or whatever). How are you folks doing today?" That is what a lot of salespeople would say. You really want to try to ask open ended questions that require more than just a "yes" or "no" answer. (Such as "How do you like this weather we're having?" )You might try to find a book on How to Sell at the library.

for a sales presentation to be successful, be confident when you speak & see too it that it looks like you really know what you're talking about. introduce yourself like you know the person. don't show any signs of nervousness. if you're trying to sell a product, know its best selling points, its key features. express it when your talking. if a custoer asks you something about a product you don't know anything about it, stay calm & remain confident. tell the customer politely, " well let e check it out first, i think we have such feature but let me make sure for you". quote that or something like that. whatever you do, stand behind your product. cyour confidence is a huge factor in convincing your client. the more he thinks you're sure of the product, the more convinced they will be.

First of all, you are trying to "sell" a laptop. This is your homework. You will learn more if you try to do it yourself.
