No. We clean our cermic tile floors with vinegar all the time. In fact we've been doing it for 20 years or more and have never had a failure of the grout.

It should be ok to use vinegar. It is a natural product for cleaning I might add I combine baking soda with the vinegar too. Great for any cleaning like tile floors counter-tops etc.

Just an educated guess tells me vinegar may eat the grout.

I have used vinegar for cleaning and every recipe that was used except doing windows suggested adding part water.
