U can get VGA to TV converters, FOR A PRINE.
Scan converters as they are known are NOT CHEAP. Probably be as cheap to buy a TV with a VGA input as to buy a decent scan converter.

i recomend you shold buy one external tv tuner card which will have thse ports and even you can watch television
