Just download the installation disc.
If your familiar with torrents then you can go to a torrent site like Mininova and download it.
Get yourself a decent client program like utorrent, install it and away you go. All you need to do after that is wite it to a disc and install as normal.

Unusual, most people CLAIM to LOSE the key, not the disks.
Assuming the key is LEGALLY yours to use, BORROW a matching disc form a friend.
If you "borrowed" the key try openoffice from www.openoffice.org for a free LEGAL aternative
