Every day. Because my towels end up being used for more than just drying dishes. Wiping up spills...scooping up get-away coffee grounds or salt or sugar or flour...drying my hands...used as a potholder. You know, when you think about it, dish towels probably are covered in more bacteria than your bath towel after a shower. UGH!

Since you use the towel to remove clean water from wet plates, the towel isn't dirty, just wet, after you use it. As long as that is the only use for the towel, then a new one only needs to be used every 3 to 5 days. The towel needs to be air or dryer dried and clean. If you also use the towel to wipe counters and hands, replace it after each use.

I oftentimes discover that theres no longer many people who do their washing up manually now(in a bowl,in the sink).I used to have a dishwasher, yet by no skill replaced it whilst it wouldnt artwork anymore.I oftentimes enable washing up soak in warm soapy water, then whilst its cooled down somewhat i take advantage of a million off those sponges with a 'scrubby' on a million area.Wash the plates etc then placed to empty. Then purely pour over some sparkling sparkling warm water, this rinses extra bubbles+facilitates dry swifter.

Every day or more depending on the amount of dishes / cleaning that is being done in the kitchen. I regularly change towels every time I drain the sink.

Only if my other tea towel is too dirty to dry up with, then I use it as a drying up tea towel, then when it's really dirty and wet, I stick it in the wash.
