I hope that when the elections come around we have a clear choice. I agree with one of the posters who said that for the most part, there is no clear difference between the first tier candidates.
I believe that Ron Paul is the best out there, and the pundits say he cannot be elected. It will become a lot more clear as the primaries unfold. If we can get Paul nominated, it won't matter who the Democrats put up. If we don't, God help us.

The republican party will lose, it won't even be close because they are out of touch with the American public. They lost both senate and house after the last election and all I see coming out of the republican party now is why you shouldn't vote for the Dems. All the Dems have to do is keep on going and Talk about the republican record and tell the American public what their vision is. If the republican party was so enamoured about their record they should run on that but they know their record is bad, that is why all they can do is attack, because their stay the course talking points are not working.

I can't decide which party is worse.
Congress is pretty much split (Dems hold a small majority in both houses) and it's atrocious!
If you really look at all the candidates, what they say (when they're telling the truth) and with whom they associate, it's blatantly obvious the ONLY 3 candidates from either party who would really look out for the interests of ordinary Americans over multi-national corporations and foreign interests are, in order Ron Paul, Mike Gravel, and Dennis Kucinich.
If Hillary, Obama, Guiliani, Romney, Edwards, Thompson, Huckabee - ANY of them win, we'll look back fondly on the Bush years. As sad as that is, I'm not kidding.

it may be Obama and the DNC who might desire to have fee the Dems Florida and Michigan. they're people who disenfranchised the voters there. the suggestions-set that Obama supporters have that the electorate of Florida and Michigan are being unreasonable to anticipate that they be allowed a voice, will additionally harm the Democrats very deeply in those states besides.

I hope not ,we need to have real change in this country and will not get it if the republicans win. I am tired of the mentality that is going on in the U.S. that says if you don't agree with President Bush your anti-American,that is the same rhetoric that Germany went thru in the 30s and 40s.

Not funding this necessary war will not end it, all that would accomplish is more death and destruction on U.S. soil. There is no sure bet in politics, but common sense tells me Dem's will loose!

The Democrats are members of, and represent the same cabal of wealthy-elites as do the Republicans.
