Could you please solve a problem for me? my boyfriend says he was watching american x factor (not american idol) on tv i say hes wrong as there is no american x factor - who is right?

There is certainly no American X Factor but there is an:
Australian X Factor
Belgium X Factor
El Factor X (Colombia)
Factor X (Spain)
Icelandic X Factor
Dutch X Factor
Sekret Uspekha (Секрет Успеха), the Russian version of the show
The X Factor, XSeer Al Najah, an Arabian version of the show
He was either watching American Idol or perhaps the Australian X Factor.

He can't have been watching an american X Factor
Simon Cowell is not allowed to be on any other programme except American Idol and as SYCO TV (his company) makes the programme here is no way an american X Factor can happen....until he leaves American Idol

Maybe he was watching repeats for americas got talent and you know coz they have the big X's, he might have thought it was American x factor???
I don't know. Coz I don't think there is an american x factor. Did he say who the judges were?

there is no way an american x factor, they couldmn't run both shows at the same time in britain and america!
