in internet explorer go to tools then internet options and choose delete history, tempory internet files, cookies, and all off line content

Go to My computer, right click on C drive, go to properties, then under the general tab click on "Disk cleanup", go through the process and tick the boxes to clean temp files, etc.
You can also clean cookies in your browser by going through the settings. I don't know which browser you use, but it's usually in tools somewhere.
I would recommend using CCleaner. It is a light, free program which can clean all of these files within seconds.

And really you can go into IE and set the days to keep history down to zero, it was fine to cache pages when on a dialup to save time downloading, but now days with highspeed caching pages in useless.

Go to menu option on your internet explorer and select internet options. In the "general" tab, you will find options for deleting cookies temp files, history etc...

seems there's a Ben & Jerry's ice cream this is espresso with chunks of chocolate and peanut butter. i could be incorrect on that. If there is not then i could elect to invent it and patent it too, lol! Sooo, my answer after this is espresso Ice cream!

think about it this way...you are carrying 5 rocks and walking.......you drop two of the rocks are you going to be faster or slower? so thats why when you delte stuff computer has less to load and works much faster.:)
