That depends on what degree you obtain.

With a BA in psychology, you could become a counselor in Human Services for a business or hospital, etc. With an M.A. you could become a school psychologist or teach in a community college.

Your opportunities and chances of success are best with a PhD or PsyD (doctorates). Then you could open a private practice in psychology, or work at a mental health clinic or mental hospital, among other things. You could do many forms of psychotherapy (and be reimbursed by insurance), do psychological testing, testify in court, do consulting work, etc. You could become a college professor or researcher.

The BA requires 4 years of college. The MA requires 2-3 years of graduate school, and the Doctorate requires 4-5 years of graduate school.
