if your asking ..did you know if people in bangkok speak thai then the answer is yes .. but 95 percent of them speak english. I am from Thailand ... but i live in america. During my adventures in Thailand ive noticed that people in the countryside speak alot less English but in the capital almost everyone speaks english.
my guess is that it is taught better in that part of thailand because that city is the heart of business in thailand .. so it is soo important to know english
***it is the second language after all.
