I've noticed that when playing an Xbox 360 game graphics will blur for a few seconds after loading.
For example after a cut-scene on Gears of War or Mass Effect the graphics blur for about 10 seconds, then turn normal after.
Whats up with that??? And is there any way to prevent it???

It could be your TV, every now and again you'll get what's called "ghosting" where the hardware isn't exactly keeping up with the software. I could see where this would be more pronounced after a period of the screen being still i.e., a loading screen. You also may pick up on it if the graphics suddenly change from being bright to being dark or the other way. I'm probably a little off on this but as far as I understand it this is the general gist of ghosting.

Some TVs are just more prone to it especially under different circumstances so you'd have to get a different TV to correct the issue I suppose.

I have yet to play Gears or Mass Effect but it could also just be the game, I'm still leaning towards the TV.

It might be the response time of your TV.... Hdtvs need to be at least 8ms response or 4ms for best.
