parents are going to suit a case against the boy. if they suit a case then can we marry after that also or we have to marry before the case is registered. in this situation what I can do to save me as well as my would be husband?

If you are 18 years & this man is 21 years then you both are eligible to marry according to the Hindu form of marriage which is covered under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or civil form of marriage (court Marriage) under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. The Supreme Court of India has very clearly given directions to all the police department in India to give due protection to all such couples who are of marriageable age & want to marry or have married with their free consent even if the parents or any one was against such marriage. So don't you worry if you both are of the marriageable age just be brave to face the world boldly & go ahead with your marriage as you want. You can read my replies here in yahoo regarding the conditions & procedures of court marriage to have an idea how to proceed with this marriage. What case they want to file against your would be husband? Are they gone nuts regarding all this & consider themselves above the law of the country? Just keep calm & do as I say, law of the land is with you, let you parents do whatever they like, its understood they have never faced any judicial officer in their life & hence they talk like this, let them have a taste of legal system once then they will understand what it all means to play with the legal system of the country.

Your parents can not file a suit against the boy because both of you want to get married. They can file a suit if he is forcing or threatening you in any way to marry him.
You have to look at all aspects of the situation. Are you willing to loss your parents? Is this boy really the one you want to spend the rest of your life with? Do you both really love each other or it is just he cares for me so I like him. Do you know why the boys parents said no? I think you should look at the over all picture of the situation, and see the negatives of the situation before seeing the positives.
Over all, its your life, think what is best for you, not for him.
Are you going to be safe with him, is your life going to be the same or is going to be worse. Can both of you support yourself without your parents?
Think what is best for you. Its your life.

if both of you are above 18 nobody on this earth can stop u from marrying each other. but whethet u live happilly thereafter or not is upto both of u.your parents cannot file a suit agains your friend on the grounds that he wants to marry u against their wishes, but , if they are influential there ar many other ways to make your friends and your life misrable.
think again and very coolly as to what u want to do. Legally both of u have every right to do what u want, But socially, it is a different matter altogether.

Cast is no bar in u r marriage if u r 18 plus. But it would be better to understand the views and prior experiences of u r parents, b`coz u r parents must have some thing in their mind and thats why they are not interesting in this marriage.
Think and then take u r decision.

Nobody has the right to decide what is best for someone else. Unless they are perfect, and they aren't. You are the only one who knows what makes you happy. No one needs to be in agreement with who you choose to marry. Even if they do know whats best for you. If you ask yourself, "Do I love him?" and if the answer is yes then they should support you on your happiness. The answer will either be yes or no. NOT MAYBE!. Love is unmistakeable. If you dont know then your not in love. Parents shouldn't be upset cuz your trying to be happy. How miserable will you be if you hjave to marry someone you dont want?

well are u sure of the boy, then wait for sometime, tell your parents that you got to marry the boy once you are sure. get yourself registered marriage.

it is your life. and you do what you want. dont marry someone you dont love. marry before the case is registered if you really love him.
