i try to do it almost every day.
the other day i was at the gym and this guy came up to me and thanked me for a time when i payed for something for him at the grocery store.. because he was shortchanged and didn't have enough..
it made me feel good to know that he knew who i was and didn't forget about it=)

Something in me feel like telling you but I am restrained by our sacred scriptures . It says that if you have donated some amount, helped any one who was in distress or have done any act of kindness, never tell them to any one in the world.What you have done was considered a duty on your part by you. Now telling others will bloat your ego and that should be shunned.

That became relatively the comparable element I did yet i became on the food market as we talk and it became a guy who worked there. today, I try to do at least one a day ... some days I don't and next time I just try a little harder to be ready for a meaningful opportunity ... funny how some people really don't expect kindness anymore ... sad !

Today- it was the day I took my old coat downtown and gave it to a homeless woman, I do it every year. I give it to whoever looks like they need it most.
