Semen and urine travel into the penis through different "tubes", and there is a mechanism which prevents both from being there at the same time.
During arousal, the "gate" for the semen opens, which allows ejaculation, but the "gate" for urine is closed at the same time.
After climax, the "semen gate" closes, and the "urine gate" starts to open.
If you were to put your thumb over the end of a garden hose, you'd see that the water comes out the other side, but also at an angle. If the male tries to pee before the "urine gate" fully opens, the partial obstruction has the same effect on his urine stream.

Men wee all over the damn place anytime! Seriously though, yes, they can be a little misdirectional after sex unless they wash down there thoroughly before weeing. Anything left behind after sex can thicken slightly and cause this. Unfortunately they don't tend to get out of bed until they are in real need of a wee and then they don't think about washing first.

Sometimes, a little semen dries on the tip and gets in the way. Wiping or washing after sex prevents that.

Well I don't know if you have seen this but its more like a spray. When the life-glue starts to dry inside it does not allow an even flow of urine.

We don't get our semen from the same place our pee comes from. It's like how your esophagus works, only leaving. That's the membrane making room for the pee in the same path the semen has ejaculated. It takes a couple of seconds to "correct".

cause after its hot, and they dont wanna be cuddled and stuff because it gets even warmer. its like u just finished cooking in a hot kithn and u have to go back in. so they just wannna cool offf. this is a good thing because a lot of guys vomit when their too warm , u dont want them to vomit on u.
