The reason I asked this is, this small amount of moustache could transform one look into a monster like (and laughable too). I have seen people do this to GWB pict ever so often.

Charlie Chaplin. Chaplin made the movie: 'The Great Dictator', mocking Hitler. This was made during WWII! Imagine the courage Chaplin had! Hitler copied Chaplin's moustache. Find a pic of the two and you will see they are the same.

It wasn't enough for Hitler to be one of the worlds most awful human beings...It wasn't enough to gain fame by creating human genocide, he just wanted to look like the biggest wanker as well. Hence, that's why he grew the moe to be noticed even more.
