is it ok to swin on a swimming pool and submerge atleast how many hours on a pool? or is it bad? pls help. thanks

There are stories that being in a swimming pool keep the blood from coming out. It's not true, I should know, because I have made the mistake of going into a pool with my period. The blood will still leak.

Women can go swimming when they've got their period but only with a tampon, not a pad. Bleeding does not stop when in water, at least, not totally. I personally don't like swimming when I've got my period cos when I've got it, I want to be warm and dry, especially if I've got cramps. A hot shower is comforting, but spending any length of time in cold water is a no-no.

Don't want to swim "on" a swimming pool! Women can do anything during their "period," and even have sex!

Yes, it is ok to go swimming during your period as long as one is using a tampon.

its ok to do that - you just have to use tampon and then change it right after getting out of the water

it's bad, she may not have any physical problem but she will have social problems,and in this time a girl always should keep herself in rest.
otherwise she may suffer from heavy bleeding.............
