I just tried to shop there...This is from eBay, NOT an email. I do not have an outstanding balance, and ALL of my feedback is excellent. (I only shop, I do not sell) I tried to create another account and they said "sorry, you're suspended" Can anyone help me?

There are several reasons they may suspend your account and you are able to appeal. You should have received an email to your registered email address that explained your account was being suspended and why.

Find out why your account is suspended. They have to tell you that. They will also tell you what to do to lift the suspension.

Since it is ebay who suspended your account, I suggest you ask them.

have you failed to pay for items or taken so long that people have given you bad feedback recently?

I'd email ebay and ask them

Are you sure you didn't click on a link from an email? close the browser and try opening ebay again afresh if so..
