I believe these are form a large company to track employees vehicles, but do'nt know which one.

No, their not rental cars. These are personal cars in the Orlando area. The sticker is about 2 inches by 4 inches and there are so many it must be vehicle tracking for some kind of company (it's not the DMV I already asked them). This has been a long term question of mine on Answers. Thanks

Are you talking about the bar codes on the rear side windows of cars? If so I thought they were all rental cars, an easy way to check the cars in and out.

Later I noticed they are used to open gates for exclusive comunities. Maybe some not so exclusive places also. Rather than drive up to an entrance gate and pushing in a code number, a bar code reader reads the code on your car, opens the gate and you drive in. Rather simple.

Rental Cars are a large one, but the communities are the others as far as I know.

and maybe people are buying rental cars with the bar code still on them? lol
