Plus also the internal blue light goes out as well,usualy after about 20 mins.Other than that everything else works fine.

Do you suspect it's overheating? If not, it's probably just because the fan isn't needed at the moment - you probably hear it wind up during the boot process, that's normal, it's just checking that the fan DOES work.

Regarding your blue light, I'd speak to the makers.

When is the last time you blew your fan, blow out the dust that's clogged in it. But be carefull not to blow it back into the fan, blow it out, i once used an air mattress blower to suck out the dust....:)
