Mine are The King of Queens, Two and A Half Men, My Name Is Earl, George Lopez (don't hate me for this), Still Standing, and that covers most of them. Give me your worst TV shows ever and list why you find them nerve-wracking.

Dancing with the has-beens...errmm I mean "stars". Funny how you only recognize 2 if any haha. American Idol, the show contradicts itself. Since it's called "American Idol" you'd think all the judges should be AMERICAN born *cough Simon Cowell cough*. I Love New York...seriously, why is this b-tch still on the air again? She's trashier than Jerry Springer guests. That c-nt will never be satisfied and she should just give up dating already, you can't respect someone that kisses your @ss. The Bachelor/Bachelorette. Some of the most desperate people in the world. How f'ked in the head do you have to be to compete with 20 other people, just to get married to someone you don't know? That's logical! You're better of saving yourself the embarrassment and marrying a hobo. Super Nanny, it's all the same, parents that don't spank their kids! "wahhh...I can't hit my kids, it'll hurt them and they'll be traumatized." Ok, so what's worse, spanking your kids and raising non-psychopathic kids, or to never discipline them and they end up behind bars in the future? Because they'll just run all over you. And to top it off, it's a british woman telling us americans how to raise our children. As if they don't gloat enough that they're country is thinner, let's just make us look even worse. Speaking of worse, there's no crappier shows than rip offs, Fox is famous for this, they have Nanny 911 which is basically the same concept except there's 3 more nannies added. Wife Swap, ok Fox has that version too, called "Trading Spouses". All reality tv blows. I hope this writers strike effects the reality show writers, because they all need to be fired. I prefer sitcom comedies. I'm surprised you don't like "Still Standing" I think that show is hilarious, the other 4 are good too. But I agree with you regarding "My name is Earl". That show is as pointless as "Cavemen" and that's sad.

Any show with a pre-recorded laugh track. Don't the networks think that Americans can decide for themselves when something is funny?

while reading a written publication, you're stimulating your brain. You better your reading and literacy skills so you in the process, are more literate. Even with today's modern technology, you need to be in a position to read still.
While watching t.v. can be good fun, it isn't doing anything to the human brain.

All reality shows drive me nuts, especially Undercover Boss, all the storage container shows, the bar and restaurant rescue shows, there all phony, with terrible filthy dialog. The absolute worst is the Undercover Boss,I have worked for large companies and small ones and I can say with confidence that no company is going to throw cash and other benefits out to people that show some type of initiative like the bosses in this show do.The scenario is always the same with struggling minorities or single mothers or down on their luck people,it never deviates from an obvious script.I'm pretty sure all these folks watch TV and know about this show and if a few employees were to get showered with cash and gifts, the other employees would probably go walk out or throw a fit,I'm really sure some of the other employees have done just as well or even more then the usual types that are on each week, its definitely not random.Even the shows about real estate and flipping houses is getting out of hand with the bad language and arguments that goes along with the unseen problems they always run into. The logging shows are phony also,OCEA would shut down any operation that runs like the ones on tv are ran,I know several retired and active loggers that say that these shows are phony and scripted, but my wife really is into them and if I want to watch a Mariner game,I'm the one that has to head for the bedroom.I hate these shows with a passion.
