Hey Sarah any time you need a hug or what to give one think of this:

There's something in a simple hug

Thanks, but no thanks ;P I do need hugs occasionally, but I don't always expect it. Hugs are good for health and it is scientifically proven!! Hug your parents, siblings and friends when you meet them and notice the difference that brings to your lives!! It is true, don't believe me? Try it once with your best friend or maybe a close relative.

yeah I dont see my little friend that used to give me hugs everytime she saw me cause she missed me she taught me how important they can be if I felt down she made me feel alive with a single hug!I miss her so much but Im always hugging her even if I dont see her no more because it shows I care about her and miss her.I do need a hug if only to remember her warm kindness and her wonderful heart thankyou for your hug.

I need a hug! I had surgery on my mouth and my face is swollen and I hurt so I need a hug! I had cysts removed from my mouth. And I am hungry!!! I can't eat yet!
