i have a bet going on this, so i was just wondering.

if an emancipated teen is proposed to/proposes does the teen hold the right to marry without parental consent?

and, does the teen hold the right to move to another state?

An emancipated child no longer needs the consent of the parent to marry and can choose any person who is not disqualified under the laws.
