it is not unnatural to not like kids, and i highly doubt that it has anything to do with the existence of a soul.

No, likes and dislikes do not determine whether or not one has a soul. Keep in mind, some people do not believe in souls.
There should be no segregation between the male and female sexes, and gender-roles are losing their authority over the ways we should live our lives.
It is not unnatural. Most people have love-hate relationships with children. Having one is becoming less appealing as over-population rises as an issue. A dislike for children is actually doing the world a favor in some cases.

Generally I like children, just not the ones that scream and squeal for hours on end *cough* neighbours child *cough*
I have very sensitive hearing after damage done to my ears when younger. But that goes for any loud noises.
Was reading a late issue of Reader's Digest recently and there was an article about Romanian orphans, and after seeing a photo of a little boy standing there in his cot, with a brave and hopeful, yet sad look on his face, that tugged at my heart.

I think that a woman or a man who is able to identify these feelings is actually being responsible. There are far too many people who have children that should never have. By forcing men and women to reproduce when they don't want the responsibility or have no desire for babies we as a society are perpetuating child abuse and neglect.
I can't imagine anything worse than a baby being born to parents that don't want it. That child would be destined to a lifetime of hell.

1. Why is not liking children somehow a worse trait in women than in men?
2. Some of us do not like dirty diapers, the sound of screaming, and cleaning up messes. How awful!
3. I don't believe in the spirit world, so I don't know what is this "soul" you speak of.

No, it doesn't mean they have no soul, in fact if you don't have children yourself it's natural to look at other kids in the street who are being brats.
There is even a book called ' why I hate other people's children'.
I don't like the majority of children I see because they are annoying and badly brought up, but ones in my family which are well behaved are sweet and endearing.

While there are people who really don't like children, I feel that most of them are more indifferent towards them and don't feel any great desire to be around them. I was pretty much that way myself for years. I never really related to babies nor did I ever want to babysit. I still feel that way to a certain extent. I love my own children but don't really feel the same way towards other children.

I have three answers to your question:
1 Maybe they were the eldest in the family and had to deal with screaming kids and changing diapers, because their Mother was to tired.
2 Having kids isn't all it's cracked up to be, maybe they're of superiour intelligence
3 No, I don't think people who dislike children have no soul that's just silly

no it's not unnatural at all, some people just don't like children, and therefore don't have any, it is better to have a child that is loved and cherished, rather than having children just for the sake of it, and then not showing them any love or affection. some people just don't like children , we all have our preferences that's what makes us individual.

A lot of women who may be scared that they are not going to get the opportunity to have children use this as a defense mechanism, so that people won't feel sorry for them. I'd say most women that TRULY do not like children, did not have a lot of love and nurturing while growing up. There is a difference between not liking children and not wanting children.
