I am a gamer!!!.So, I am havin' 764 MB ram 'cause tha Need for Speed: Carbon read me tells that it is enough if u r havin' 512 MB ram. So please tell me tha Game runs with above specifications and tha ram. Please Somebody Please!!!!

You call yourself a gamer with that system?
The harsh truth is you'll have to play the game at its very lowest settings to try and get good enough peformance. That graphics card is extremely weak to say the least, and you didn't state how much ram you have.
Time for a upgrade dude

GeForce 6200 might be a little problem though.
If you're running on a widescreen LCD 19" or more, you wouldn't want to run on that card, as you need to stick to your naive resolution and those resolution is a little too much for 6200 to handle.
I use to have a P4 and GeForce 6800, and the game doesn't runs too well, Had to turn down all the quality setting just to keep it playable

Yes that particular graphics card will work in your motherboard. my computer uses ddr ram, and I have an NVIDIA 9800 GTX :P the 128 bit is the max bitrate supported by the video card, (I think) anyway mine is 128 bit as well.

yup it will but make sure u have 1gb ram to make it work better. njoi speeding!!!!!!!
