No, I have someone I consider a best friend, but I can't trust him completely. I mean, I know I can, I just choose not too. I have trust issues which I do not intend to break.

Yes. She's been my best friend for 11 years and I truly couldn't live without her. I consider her my soul mate. (Yes, we're both girls... I don't think your soul mate has to be of the sex you are attracted to)
