I know we've got speeding cameras nowadays that do most of the work.
BUT say you're in a hurry to get home, you happen to be $3k in debt, and a police car starts to tail you. What do you do?

Simple, if a cop comes up and starts tailing you then do the speed limit. Now if you get pulled over by a cop, I found the easiest way out of a ticket is to tell the cop the truth. Don't sit and try and lie to him. I get out of tickets all the time just telling the cop the truth. If you lie to him it just makes him mad and is more apt to give you a ticket.

I would slow down. This way the cop doesn't pull me over. This is a very hard concept for some people, they tend to want to speed up.
