my father is a tenant of an agricultural land for almost 70 years.this land is about to be partition among legitimate heirs by selling this land.my father demands that they be given a share also. Do they have the rights according to the Philippine law. How and What is the best way to deal to the owner of the land...

First, talk to a lawyer.

Second, this is probably the closest thing a lawyer will say to you:

Your father has the right to continue being the legal tenant even if the land is sold by the legal owner to another person. Your father can even transfer his rights as a tenant to any member of his family, but such transfer is applicable to a sinlge person, that is, only one member of his family can be a recipient.

It is a different story if the buyer of the land has his own tenant. In this case a lawyer should be called to negotiate for your father's rights.

File a protest if your father is a tenant entitled to the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program depending on the nature of the land.
