Of course not.

Although there may have been vague warnings about an attack on the US, these were mixed in with hundreds of similar warnings that come in every single month. Most of these are false.

The difficulty is in figuring out which warning is the real one. Sure, in retrospect, you can pick them out. But how do you know which vague warning is real?

There isn’t the tiniest bit of proof that there were warnings that clearly stood out above all the other warnings and screamed “I’m a real warning that’s really going to happen!”

Most of the warnings were the usual mushy, maybe yes-maybe no, possibly, etc

If you're going to accuse the President of mass murder, by saying he "allowed it to happen," then present your rock-solid proof of what he "knew", how he knew it, and why such a warning was more believable than all the other warnings.

No. How did Bush allow 9/11 to happen ?
Clinton had the chance to kill Bin Laden but chose not to. I think he was too busy staining a blue dress. I've never heard of the anthrax rumor before.

I am definitely anti Bush, however, I do not blame him for 9/11.
He is not a murderer but he is a liar who has an enormous ego and doesn't treat American citizens with the courtesy they deserve. He conceals facts as it pleases him. He plays everything close to the vest and stands by his buddies even though most of them are no darned good in their jobs. Bush not only screwed up America but he also did it to himself.

Global Islamic radicals have been targeting the US since 1979.

Perhaps you should do some research. Go to google and type in US Embassy 1979, and thank Jimmy Carter for sleeping while a dozen of our embassies around the world were stormed, some burned to the ground, and members of our staff, including the Ambassador to Afghanistan, were publicly executed.

Bush was a teen at the time. He had nothing to do with it.

(But where would liberals be without a slanderous conspiracy theory? They can't live a day without lying about the president or demeaning their country. It's as if without a conspiracy theory their brain endorphans stop firing.)
