You don't say what kind of car your have. Four Porsche rotors will cost more than four Toyota rotors.
Brake shops charge much more than the jobs are worth. If you check with Autozone or some other parts store, you can get an idea of what the parts cost. Rotor and pad replacement is pretty easy on most cars and you may be able to find somebody to do it who won't rip you off.
The whole job should not take more than a couple of hours labor + parts. If you get charged more, you are being robbed.

wow omnisour, you are getting ripped off or you own a foreign (nissan/toyota) car. Labor costs vary across the country and parts costs vary depending on model and year of vehicle as well as after market or original equipment manufacturer. If your vehicle is fairly new, never before had a brake job and you aren't grinding metal to metal, then you probably only need pads, you should be able to get all 4 done for 75 to 150 dollars. You should take your car to a brake specialist, avoid Midas Muffler shops, they are overpriced and everyone I've dealt with tends to quote max repairs whether they are needed or not. Anyone who pays 750 dollars for a rotor needs to have their head examined.

Since you leave us to guess the year/make/model, you're only gonna get generalized replies.
Rotors cost about $175 each, pads maybe $50 when charged by the installer, so that's like $750 parts and maybe $150 labor, total $900.

That depinds upon what car (make, model, year)
call your local parts store and ask for prices of the parts and figure double that . the labor depinds upon what the shop rate is at the shop you are using.
