People are beginning to question feminists about their "wishy-washy" statistics.

The reason why is simple: If there is no proof or credible study, people WILL question the merit of the statistics.

C'mon, do you expect feminists to accept questionable sources such as the FBI, District Attorneys, researchers or even DNA evidence when feminists have 'faith' in such misandrists as Catharine MacKinnon, who claims (without basis) almost 50% of all women will be raped in their lifetime?

This is a fact: feminism uses lies, half-truths and innuendo (propaganda) to gain advances for women and/or denunciation of men. False charges of rape is just one instance.

Briefly read the fox news article and can already see where the problems in interpretation arise. The summarised version of statistics often draw long bows from how the research question was actually phrased and this makes a huge difference.
The 2% number came from statistics that really are indicating how having an appropriate and sympathetic interviewer helps women to go through with their statements. Due to the trauma of rape, most women are unlikely to want to talk about it. Furthermore, an interrogrational interview is likely to make them feel like they are not believed. Both situations mean that many more women are raped that don't press charges - or that start pressing charges and due to the process, pull out because its just too painful.
The 40% statistic probably represents the number of women who pull out when usual processes are followed.
There are statistics that indicate only 1/10 sexual assaults are successfully prosecuted.
I have no doubt that there are people out there who make false claims. However, the legal process is so vicious towards victims I think only the very very vindictive can go through with it. After all, the legal system is premised on the idea that people are innocent until proven guilty and that means victims are placed in the much more difficult position.

i think of Buddha and Homer gave astounding motives of ways that's sexist because of the fact the information in question have been wrong. yet another element to evaluate is that those learn additionally evaluate rape to have occurred even if if the guy isn't charged for even if reason, and regularly circumstances whilst he isn't pronounced. it would be (yet isn't to maximum folk) obtrusive that it rather is a flaw in good judgment to believe there are greater men who rape than women who falsely checklist rapes. Rape is a extreme crime. a guy or woman needs to be in a position to bodily assaulting a guy or woman jointly as she's crying and screaming, etc. It takes a vicious guy or woman to do this. Reporting a faux rape, on the different hand, is truly plenty greater handy to do. that's something the place you may merely make up a narrative, circulate in, and the guy isn't there, you do not see the guy you're hurting. unquestionably, any good guy or woman could have adequate of a wakeful that they'd not be waiting to circulate by with reporting a faux rape. yet to intend that there are greater men who're able to committing a vicious act than women who're able to telling a lie, is a nonsensical and sexist perception. that means that men are consistently savages and animals, while women are consistently harmless and helpless. That needless to say IS a sexist perception, which maximum women won't admit to having, yet needless to say do have in the event that they're keen to believe that greater men rape than women lie approximately rape. one greater element: i think of that's thoroughly ridiculous that any one gave Buddha a Thumbs Down for his answer. it rather is a nicely customary actuality that that form of records manipulation has been used to fudge information, not in ordinary terms in circumstances that be conscious to gender family members, yet well-known. His argument isn't one approximately gender, that's one approximately information. that particular same manipulation became into efficiently used to "coach" whites have been smarter than blacks in the 1800s, and in modern circumstances that's been used to fasely "coach" that the form of abortions is going down in societies which legalize abortion, and that one in six women has been raped. all and sundry who gave Buddha a Thumbs Down needs to circulate take a classification in information.

hopscoth,

The F.B.I.'s statistics indicate that 4.9% of women were victims of forcible rape in 2004 [1]. I have no idea how someone could inflate the number up to 25% but it is silly. I would think the non-reported rapes cancel out the lies.
