If you were rear-ended at a high speed, your car rolled over, and you walked away, congradulations. I understand the frustration you are having though.
To begin with, go ahead and locate an attorney specializing in automobile accidents. After that go ahead and go back to that doctor.
They gave you vicodin for generalized aches and pains that you were sure to get after rolling in a car with the seatbelt on, not to mention the impact. If you are starting to have continuous pain, there are some injuries that dont appear at first. You may need something stronger than vicodin, or a stronger dose, expecially if you cant sleep. You may also need some more tests.
Automobile crashes can be really tricky medically when you walk away, you can have internal damage that doesnt show up immediately. I urge you to either follow up with your doctor, ER, or urgent care center as soon as possible.
I wish you the best of luck, and again congradulations for walking away, you are truly lucky. Consult a lawyer and dont sign any settlements with the insurance company without having a lawyer agree it is a good deal.
Right now, try to concentrate on the fact that you made it out alive. Dont dwell too much on the financial side of it, your going to stress yourself out really bad, and make it that much harder to heal. I know this is easier said than done. Just remember god has a way of working things out, put the burden on him and your lawyer.

Talk to an attorney. The insurance company is definitely not going to fight for you. Also, you don't mention if this was a hit and run accident or if the other driver is known, but you are going to want to try to get help with your medical and/or car bills if the other driver had insurance or means to pay. This may involve finagling with their insurance company as well and you are going to want to have clear and accurate reports of your injuries related to the car accident from your doctor, so don't delay that either. A lawyer can help you sort out what steps you need to take next.

unless you have "gap" insurance coverage you will have to pay the difference in what the finance company says you owe and what the insurance company says it is worth, sorry. the only way to not do this is to be in a position to always refuse what the insurance company offers..can take 2 or 3 years.
The insurance company does not give a hoot about what happened to you. they will get out of the situation as cheaply as possible.
Hit at high speed with rollover gave you many injuries that will most likely be getting worse over time. The injuries are worse to the muscle/tendon/ligaments/skeleton than to other parts of your body. Medication will not heal the injuries. You may want to see a physical therapist or chiropractor to help you heal physically. If you have permanent injury from the crash, you will need attorney to get settlement from the insurance company of the guy that hit you. talk with one right away.

The police report isn't done and it's been a week? I just can't believe that.
And what idiot doctor gave you Vicodin, when only NOW your back is "starting to ache"? You sure don't give narcotics to someone who MIGHT develop "some pain in the next few weeks." Vicodin itself can make you depressed. Opiates are a system depressant anyway. They slow your bodily functions down. Is it hard to urinate? Have a bowel movement? Thoughts have slowed? Difficulty with memory?
1) Yes, you need an attorney. Ask around in your area who others have had. Usually if they believe you have a strong case, they will take the case and you won't have to pay anything up-front to hire them......they'll get their $$$ when you get yours. That's what motivates them to WIN. The more you get, the more THEY get.
2) See your own doctor for a follow up regarding your pain.

What does your insurance policy state on the totaled price , they will try paying as little as possable.
You may have to sue the other driver for the amount that is not covered, your insurance is being reimbersed by his insurance anyway.so make them do thier job.
You may have paid tooo much for your car.
