It is the part that goes over the back wheels. It sorta juts out a bit and is rounded around the wheel. Is there a special name for that? I've tried to google it and can't find anything. I cracked and scratched it while pulling into a tight parking spot (my fault!) and now I'd like to see how much it will cost to repair. Any advice would be much appreciated!

It's the fender flare. You have to drill out the rivets that hold the bottom edge in the fender well and then pull the damn thing off. Clean the fender where the adhesive tape was. You will need to rivet the new flare back into the same holes so don't drill the rivets all the way through, just drill the rivet heads off with a 1/4" or larger bit. Then take a small punch and knock the rest of the rivet out. Make sure you don't press the new tape down until the new rivets are in.
